Strong relationships, reliable service and doing things the right way — for our customers, our community and the resources we all share.

At Thames Valley Pallets, we believe that good business is built on strong relationships, reliable service and doing things the right way.
Based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, we are an independent pallet recycling and supply business serving customers throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas.
We specialise in buying, collecting, repairing and supplying quality recycled wooden pallets, helping businesses reduce costs while minimising their environmental impact.
We do not manufacture new pallets. Instead, we make the most of existing resources, giving wooden pallets a longer working life through careful sorting, repair and reuse.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
Every pallet arriving at our yard is assessed for reuse or repair. Pallets that have reached the end of their working life are processed for timber recycling, with metal nails also recovered for recycling wherever possible.
Our aim is simple: minimise waste, maximise reuse and provide customers with an environmentally responsible, cost-effective alternative to new pallets.
Every incoming pallet is carefully checked.
Suitable pallets are restored for safe reuse.
Quality pallets return to useful circulation.
End-of-life materials are recovered where possible.

Whether you are purchasing recycled pallets, selling surplus stock or arranging a collection, you will deal directly with people who understand your requirements.
We believe in straightforward communication, competitive pricing and building long-term relationships with our customers.
A friendly team with plenty of experience, a practical approach to problem-solving and, importantly, a sense of humour.
